  • Equip others to offer Christ-centered care in their spheres of influence.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with staff and volunteers to ensure care and discipleship are integrated across ministries.

Qualifications:

  • A deep, grace-rooted relationship with Jesus and a shepherd's heart.
  • Experience teaching and discipling in a church or ministry context.
  • Skilled in walking with people through significant life moments with pastoral sensitivity.
  • Ability to manage systems and develop scalable care strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both from the platform and in one-on-one care settings.
